FAQs

Where is my order? 

Our jewellery is made to order, this process takes up to 3 working days (some products take longer, see individual listing for details). Once your order is ready, it is shipped with tracked 1st Class Delivery, you will receive a separate email from the Royal Mail with your tracking number. If you need your item more quickly you can upgrade to a Rushed service, this will bump your order to the front of our jewellery making schedule so it's shipped the same working day. This costs ÂŁ9.99 - ÂŁ16.99.

Can I exchange my order?

We offer exchanges on all products, excluding earrings, personalised items and bespoke pieces. To organise an exchange email team@kiriandbelle.com with your request and order number, one of our team will get back to you with return instructions. 

I've received a faulty item? 

We never want our customers to receive faulty items and will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. To get the process started, send a picture of the faulty item to team@kiriandbelle.com, one of our team will arrange a replacement and free returns label for the faulty item. 

Can I change my order? 

Yes, we can update/change orders if the request is made within 24hrs of placing your order. If the request is made after this time period, we can no longer guarantee your order will be amended. Please email team@kiriandbelle.com to make your request. 

Do you gift wrap orders?

Every order comes in a jewellery pouch of your choice. We offer a selection of pouches to choose from to suit your gifting occasion. 

As standard they come without a price tag, or physical receipt. So they can be sent directly to another recipient as a present. Receipts are emailed across to the buyer. There is also an option to add a free short gift message at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We make and dispatch from the UK but ship internationally. Please see our rates and other information on shipping on our Delivery & Returns page here.

**Please be aware that local customs and duties costs may be payable on importing your order into your country. 

Do you accept bespoke orders?

Yes, If you want a slight variation on one of our designs, or have an idea for something completely new, please do get in touch via our Contact page or WhatsApp. We are always happy to talk about pearl earrings! 

Please note that we can't accept returns on any bespoke items.

What is gold filled?

Gold filled is a superior type of gold coating to gold plated or gold vermeil. Gold filled items use a much thicker coating of gold than both gold plating and gold vermeil, whose coating is so thin it regularly rubs off over time.

In particular 14k GF (the type we use) means that the gold content of our 14k gold filled items is at least 5%. This means our gold items contain 100 times more gold than gold plated!

This ensures pieces last much longer without tarnishing, so you can be sure they'll stay looking great and are kind to sensitive skin.
